Where new software or outsourced services are required, C&C will lead the vendor selection process, from quantifying and understanding requirements to identifying potential vendors. C&C Advisors will manage the RFP process, distributing requirement specifications, leading vendor presentations, solution analyses, product/service selection and contract negotiation.

Once you have selected a solution, C&C will manage your implementation documenting and managing system requirements, leading development and customization, and directing integration efforts. Throughout the project C&C will monitor progress at milestones, measure established metrics and ensure their satisfaction at project completion. C&C will also administer system security, ensuring appropriate controls are in place, regulatory requirements are satisfied and patient privacy is assured.

Upon project completion, before go-live, C&C will lead comprehensive performance qualification testing and then operational/process level testing in a simulated production environment. Ultimately, C&C will certify that the system/solution meets functional specifications and user requirements as established.
