    I have had the privilege of working with C&C Advisors, Cristi Iannuzzi and Cheryl Waggener, over the last three years. They have functioned as project managers for Alameda County’s implementation of One-e-App, a locally driven Web-based system for streamlining enrollment in a range of publicly funded health programs. The specific services provided have been:

    • The development and production of a detailed cost analysis and return on investment analysis that was presented to the Board of Supervisors for approval. This project included a comprehensive data collection and interview process that included: review of fundamental source documentation/reports for data analysis and valuation of enrollment processes, analysis of business process workflows, and solicitation of detailed feedback from key agency representatives and contracted providers.
    • Project management regarding the plan development, business analysis, technical review, meeting facilitation, participation in design meetings, management of user acceptance testing and a myriad of other general project management tasks. One consultant works as the primary project manager and the other consultant provides project management and analysis/testing. Their individual skills/strengths compliment each other well and as a team they accomplish the work of at least three people.
    • Training and educational material development, production of training materials, class registration and scheduling, and hands on training courses. The initial pilot training has been completed and the major rollout of the product in order to achieve full implementation is ready to begin. This involves training approximately 300 end users. This is a daunting task and C&C Advisors have proven themselves to be up to the task and evaluations of their training sessions have been very positive.

    C&C Advisors brought a tremendous amount of expertise and experience in the areas of healthcare management and complex software implementation for large provider networks to the table in order to manage this project. They have met and/or exceeded all expectations and deliverables. I am extremely satisfied with their performance and I would highly recommend them for any projects of this nature.
